I am contributing as a pixel art expert to studio ASYNCHROME's "Pixel Paravent" project at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, working alongside a talented international team of 7 artists - 6 of whom I had the privilege to teach at HTK Academy. Together, we're creating an interactive digital interpretation of traditional Japanese art that bridges centuries of artistic expression.
The project bridges centuries of artistic expression, transforming classical paravent aesthetics into an engaging pixel art experience. Through careful attention to detail and authentic pixel art techniques, we're crafting a unique dialogue between traditional art and digital aesthetics.
